RECRUITMENT UNDER SPORTS QUOTA 

The border security force invited male and female candidates to join border security force as general duty posts. The post is non-gazzetted and non ministerial. The number of posts mentioned in the notification is 269 which maybe changed later. 

The information about the recruitment is given below

who can apply 

Male and Females from any state of India who participated or won medals in the international or national level competitions.

Last date for the registration: 14 September 2021

 

Eligibility for the recruitment 

Education: 

10th pass from any institute. 

Other qualification 

The candidate must have to participate or win a medal at the national or international level between 01 September 2019 to 14 September 2021

Age limit 

18 to 23 years

Height 

Male: 170 cm 

Female: 157 cm 

Chest: 80+5 cm

Medical qualification 

The minimum distance should be 6/6 and 6/9 for the both eyes without any external support. 

colour blindness are not allowed in the BSF. 

Candidate should not have problem of knock knee, flat foot, varicose veins and squint in eyes. 

Tattoo: Religious tattoos are allowed as in indian army. but have restrictions like should be 1/4 part (2 cm square cut) in the inner or dorsal hand.
